🎃 Get the recipe HERE: https://onohawaiianrecipes.com/recipes/pumpkin-crunch/ Dump → drizzle → bake → flip. This Pumpkin Crunch is the Hawaiʻi classic: silky pumpkin base, buttery cake-mix “crunch,” and a cloud of whipped cream. I use 1 tsp vanilla walnuts for that perfect balance. Save this for Thanksgiving! What you’ll do: Whisk pumpkin purée, evaporated milk, 4 eggs, sugars, 1 tsp vanilla, pumpkin spice salt → pour into lined 9×13 → sprinkle DRY yellow cake mix → add walnuts → drizzle butter

Iʻve been making pumpkin crunch for my family since I was a young gal. My Dad bought home a magnet with the recipe on it and I thought “this is simple enough for me to make” so I did. Ever since then, I been the designated Pumpkin Crunch maker. A bit shocking to come across our Pumpkin Crunch video from last year. Almost every step from the grinding to the molding is different. A lot changed in just one year! Same delicious taste though :) | Manoa Chocolate Hawaii
